The revamped ISPE conference website templates improved the user experience, leading to higher registration rates and greater engagement from sponsors. A clean design, easy-to-use agenda, streamlined registration flow, and unique branding created a seamless experience for sponsors and attendees. The feedback from ISPE’s internal team and users was overwhelmingly positive, setting a new standard for future events.
Research Audit
After an initial discovery call with the client, we took a deep dive and analyzed the user experience. These were key takeaways.

Users encountered friction when navigating the registration process, leading to drop-offs. Simplifying the steps and improving call-to-action placements increased completion rates.
Confusing Registration Flow

The previous design lacked a distinct conference brand, making it feel like an extension of ISPE’s main site rather than a unique event experience. The new branding improved recognition and engagement.
Lack of Conference Identity & Branding

The internal team spent excessive time on manual updates for agendas, activities, and pricing packages. Dynamic solutions streamlined workflows, reducing workload and cutting ongoing costs.
Expensive Production

The site was structured for internal team convenience rather than attendee usability. We redesigned the navigation, creating dedicated sections for conference staff, advertisers, and attendees to improve clarity and accessibility.
