In the second year, that number nearly doubled to more than 309,000 users. A 2025 statewide usability and accessibility study rated the site 4.2 out of 5, demonstrating its lasting value and continued effectiveness. It has become a trusted resource across Kentucky and is linked by the Kentucky Court of Justice and used at Legal Help Centers throughout the Commonwealth.

Kristin’s thoughtful design strategy, leadership, and continued collaboration laid the foundation for a growing, impactful platform. We’re proud to keep working with her as kyjustice.org evolves to meet the needs of our community.
