Each package includes 1hr for free. All requests MUST come through the client portal in order for us to manage all client needs efficiently and fairly.

Our maintenance + hosting plan is a required  monthly subscription. Our system automatically bills every month.  

Most website projects are 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. If you’d like to pay in smaller installments, we’ll work with you to create a payment plan that fits your budget.

No problem. It is our policy not to own your domain; it's also not in your best interest for anyone to own your domain - except you. We really like ionos.com for your domain purchase. It's about $12/yr, free privacy and is easy to allow people to give access for website pointing.

Technology Maintenance

Just like a car or a home, websites experience natural wear and tear over time. Software updates, platform changes, and third-party integrations can all impact performance. We monitor these changes and address common issues proactively.

For more complex issues or advanced updates that require over 3 hours of support, we’ll reach out to discuss your options and any additional costs. This is more common for websites with custom features or third-party integrations.

You pay a one-time design/build fee plus an ongoing monthly fee for hosting, updates, and support. The monthly fee continues after your site launches to keep your website secure, updated, and performing well.

We can either bill hourly for extra time or upgrade you to a higher plan that includes more support hours.

If we provide images, we own them. If you provide images, you own them. Please note that all imagery that we provide as a part of our services are owned by Alpine Design & Consulting, LLC and cannot be used elsewhere for any other purpose. You cannot use our website content, including pictures, for printing on your banners or any other usage. 

No problem. We have a few options for imagery that include use of stock images from website called dupephotos, Unsplash, Pexels, Adobe Stock, and more. 

It is always recommended to provide your own professional content and high end imagery to set yourself apart from the competition.
