She transformed how our nonprofit connects people in crisis with critical legal help. From the very beginning, she brought clarity, structure, and a mission-driven mindset to the project. The result is a site that’s clear, accessible, and genuinely useful. In the year following the relaunch in March 2022, KYJustice.org served over 156,000 users. In the second year, that number nearly doubled to more than 309,000 users. A 2025 statewide usability and accessibility study rated the site 4.2 out of 5, demonstrating its lasting value and continued effectiveness. It has become a trusted resource across Kentucky and is linked by the Kentucky Court of Justice and used at Legal Help Centers throughout the Commonwealth.

Kristin’s thoughtful design strategy, leadership, and continued collaboration laid the foundation for a growing, impactful platform. We’re proud to keep working with her as kyjustice.org evolves to meet the needs of our community.
